How to register for our new Online Banking service

When you register for our new Online Banking service, you’ll be able to manage all of your retailCURe accounts in one place online.  Signing up only takes a matter of minutes - just follow the simple steps below:

  1. Ensure you have all your details to hand
    To sign up for our new Online Banking you will need:
    • The account number and sort code of one of your retailCURe accounts
    • Your retailCURe 6-digit Security Number
    • A mobile phone number registered with us

    If you don't have any of the above please contact us to request them.

  2. Click the 'REGISTER FOR ONLINE' button
    This will open a new window to our Online Banking registration page.

  3. Fill in your details
    Enter the sort code & account number of one of your retailCURe accounts, plus your name, date of birth & postcode.  You will also need to know your Security Number.  As part of the registration process, we will send a text message containing your Security Number to your registered mobile phone number. If you have not given us a mobile phone number, it has recently changed, or you have not received your Security Number, please contact us.

  4. Choose a password
    Make it something unique and memorable.  Passwords must be between 8 and 32 characters in length with at least two of the following types of characters included: UPPER CASE, lower case, numbers and special characters (any of @,#,$,%,^,&,+,= are acceptable).  Then click 'Submit'.  That’s it, you can now login to your Online Banking.

  5. Download our mobile app and manage your accounts on the go
    Once you've registered for Online Banking, you can also choose to manage your retailCURe account(s) on the go using our mobile app on Android & Apple devices.
