Important update regarding COVID-19

Following the announcement from the Prime Minister on Monday night, we wanted to let you know about the steps we are taking to ensure we can continue to support all our customers during these difficult times. 

Due to technology restrictions our phone lines will now be operating between 9am and 3pm on a very limited basis. If you need to contact us please email us as it is much quicker, or you can manage your account online. 

It would help us immensely if members could do the following:  

  • Register for online banking via our website here – this will enable you to withdraw your money without the need for staff intervention. It’s safe, secure and easy to use and you can view, withdraw and deposit to your accounts from the comfort of your own home. You will have access to your money when you need it most, and the staff will work hard behind the scenes to make sure this happens. 

  • If you absolutely must contact the credit union please do so through email at membersupport@retailcure.org.uk. Telephone contact should be a last resort.

  • Contact the credit union if you are struggling to meet repayments on loans. 

Our message to you all is that your money is safe, and although we are closing our offices we will be doing everything we can to make sure it does not impact on the services we provide. 
 
In addition to this, if you who have been financially affected during this time, let us know. We are here to listen and to try and help find solutions for our loyal members.
