How we're dealing with COVID-19


As communities around the world are struggling with Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to reach out to our valued members and update you on some of the steps we have taken in line with the latest advice from the government.

The safety and well-being of our members and employees is our number one priority and therefore as a precaution, we are encouraging staff to work from home when required. We will endeavour to limit any disruption to our services as much as possible and want to reassure you that we will still be able to carry out normal banking services.

Our banking systems are on the cloud so our team can still access accounts and carry out transactions regardless of their location. Our phone lines will still be open but very limited so we advise to contact us by email if possible as this will be our fastest way of responding.
When emailing, please make sure to include any 2 of the following: membership number; date of birth; full name or post code. 

We strongly recommend registering for online services if you have not already done so and downloading our app. This will mean you can access your savings and loan accounts online, view your transactions and transfer money 24/7.

We will continue to monitor and adapt any of our processes as needed as the situation continues to evolve and thank you for your patience during these uncertain times.
